About our baseball batting cage jackets
The batting cage jacket is the short-sleeve half-zip pullover a hitter wears in the cage, on deck and in the dugout between innings. Short sleeves leave the arms free to swing while the body keeps the chill off on a cold spring night, and coaches tend to wear them for the whole game.
As a half-zip pullover it goes on over a game jersey and comes off in seconds when the hitter is due at the plate. We make it in your team colors with your mark on the chest and a name or number if you want one; team colors, logo, names and numbers are all included in the price.
Cage jackets are usually ordered with the game uniform so the colors match, but with no minimum they are just as easy to add later for coaches and staff.

How it can be decorated
Baseball is still a twill and embroidery sport. Chest scripts and caps are stitched; sublimation comes in for gradient sleeves and BP tops.

Graphics printed into the fiber rather than onto it, so there is nothing to crack, peel or add weight. Full bleed, unlimited colors.

Why short sleeves on a jacket?
So a hitter can take full swings in it. Long sleeves bunch at the elbow and pull across the shoulder through a swing; a short-sleeve cage jacket keeps the body warm and leaves the arms free.
What do we wear on the coldest nights?
For the dugout, where nobody is swinging, our bench jacket (BS-018) is the warmer choice: a long hooded full-zip that covers a player sitting down.
