Built for studio lights and long sessions

We use 160 to 180gsm polyester with a matte finish. Matte is the whole point: a shiny jersey blows out under a key light and every broadcast frame loses the logo you are being paid to display. The same fabric photographs cleanly for merchandise shots.

The body is cut relaxed through the chest and slightly longer in the back, because the garment is seen seated and a standard tee rides up at the waistband on camera. Sleeves are cut a little longer for the same reason.

Sponsor panels are sublimated before assembly, which means a mid-season sponsor change is a new print run rather than a patch over the old one. For a small drop we can go to DTF on a shorter minimum.

Broadcast and sponsor considerations

There is no governing body setting jersey specs, but broadcast has its own constraints. Fine detail under 6mm disappears at stream bitrate, high-contrast thin stripes strobe on camera, and pure white blows out under most stage lighting. We will flag any of those in your artwork before sampling rather than after you have seen the first broadcast.

Sizing for a seated fit
