Send a tech pack, a sketch, or a garment you want matched. We come back with questions rather than assumptions.
Reply within 24 hours
Stage 2: Pattern & sample
We grade the pattern, cut a sample and print your artwork on the fabric you will actually receive.

Stage 3: Approval
You get the sample, fit notes and a Pantone check. Changes are free until it is right.

Stage 4: Bulk cut & sew
The approved sample is sealed and goes to the floor as the reference your whole run is measured against.

Dye sublimation
Graphics printed into the fiber rather than onto it, so there is nothing to crack, peel or add weight. Full bleed, unlimited colors.
Needs 80% polyester or more
Screen printing
Plastisol and water-based inks for flat, dense color that survives a full season of washing.

Embroidery
Flat stitch, 3D puff, chenille and appliqué. We digitize your logo in house and send a stitch-out for approval.

What is your minimum order quantity?
There is none. We make from a single piece. Prices run in six volume brackets, 1-20, 21-50, 51-100, 101-200, 201-500 and 501-1,000 pieces, and the more pieces in one order, the lower the price per piece. Orders above 1,000 are quoted. Sizes, names and numbers can be mixed freely within an order.
What does a sample cost, and how long does it take?
One fully decorated sample at the 1-20 piece rate, made exactly as the bulk order will run, and credited against your bulk invoice when you order. Expect ten days from approved artwork, and a little longer if the fabric has to be knitted or dyed to a specific colour.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector is best: AI, EPS or a layered PDF. We can also work from PSD at 300 dpi at final size. If all you have is a photo or a sketch, send it anyway and our design team will redraw it at no charge. There are no design or setup fees.
What are your payment terms?
Fifty per cent to start production and the balance against the shipping documents, by bank transfer. Established customers move to thirty days after the second order. We can work to a letter of credit for larger programs.
How do you ship, and who handles duty?
Free tracked express shipping is included in every price, to more than 50 countries and with no order threshold. It typically arrives four to seven business days after dispatch. We ship duty paid: customs duty, where your country charges it, is paid by us. Import VAT, GST or sales tax is not included and, where your country charges it, is payable by you.
Can you copy a garment I already have?
Yes, and it is usually the fastest route. Post us the sample. We take the pattern off it, match the fabric as closely as the market allows, and send back a counter-sample for you to compare side by side.
Can we use our own brand labels?
That is most of what we do. Woven neck labels, printed care labels, hang tags, poly bags and branded boxes are all made to your artwork. Nothing leaves here carrying our name unless you want it to.
Can we order mixed sizes, names and numbers?
Yes. Send a size breakdown and a name and number list in a spreadsheet and we will produce against it, bag each piece by player, and label the bags so the uniforms can be handed out without sorting.
