Two games, two blocks

Pinnies run 150gsm polyester mesh. The men's cut is wide through the chest and armhole to clear shoulder pads; the women's is fitted and graded on a women's block. Reversible practice pinnies are two bonded layers finished at the binding, the same construction as our basketball reversibles.

Shooter shirts are long-sleeve, cut close, and usually the piece a programme sells to parents as well as issuing to players, so we cut them on a retail-friendly fit rather than a boxy team block.

Kilts are built with an inner short attached rather than as a separate two-piece, and pleats are stitched down through the hip to stop them opening in play.

Goalie pants are cut fuller through the thigh and reinforced at the knee, and are a separate pattern from shorts.

NFHS and NCAA requirements

Both codes require numbers on the front and back of the jersey, typically 8 inches on the back and 6 on the front, in contrasting colour. Women's NCAA additionally restricts how much of the kilt or short may carry a manufacturer mark. Goalkeepers must be distinguishable from field players. Sizing across the two games

Men's pinnies are graded over pads, women's on a women's block without. Youth is a separate pattern for both. Kilts are sized on hip rather than waist, which is the most common source of a fit complaint if a programme orders from a generic chart. See our graded size charts, or send us yours
