Fifty pieces per style for cut-and-sew production. You can split that across sizes, and across names and numbers, at no extra cost. For DTF or heat transfer on blanks we can go down to twenty-five. Accessories such as caps and socks start at one hundred.

Per style. A single order of fifty jerseys and fifty shorts is two styles and meets the minimum on both. Fifty pieces split across two different jersey designs does not, because each design needs its own pattern and print run.

A flat sampling fee plus courier, credited back against your bulk order once you confirm. Expect seven to ten working days from approved artwork, longer if the fabric has to be knitted or dyed to a specific colour.

Two rounds are included in the sampling fee. In practice most orders need one. Changes after the second round are charged at the sampling rate, but we will tell you before we start rather than after.

Yes, and for a first order with a wide age or weight range we recommend it. A size set lets the whole roster try before you confirm the breakdown, which is the most reliable way to avoid a re-cut.

Vector is best: AI, EPS or a layered PDF. We can also work from PSD at 300dpi at final size. If all you have is a photograph or a sketch, send it anyway; our design team will redraw it and that is included in the sampling fee.

Yes. Send a reference, a colour direction and your logo and we will come back with two or three concepts. Design work is included when it leads to an order, so there is no separate charge to see options.

We match to Pantone references and confirm on the sample. Be aware that a colour reproduces differently on polyester than on cotton, and differently again between sublimation and screen print. We will tell you the closest achievable match before bulk rather than surprising you with it.

Yes. Re-orders run from the approved file with no new setup cost, and the sealed sample from the original run stays on the floor as the reference.

You do. We do not resell your designs, put them in a catalogue or show them to other customers. We will sign an NDA before you send anything if you would prefer that in writing.

Weight in gsm is a trade-off between durability and breathability. Lighter fabric moves more air and is cooler to play in; heavier fabric survives more abrasion and holds its shape longer. Tell us the sport, the climate and how long you need the kit to last, and we will recommend rather than let you guess.

Polyester is dimensionally stable and will not meaningfully shrink. Cotton-rich blends can move two to three per cent on a first hot wash, which we allow for in the pattern. Wash cold and hang dry and neither will be an issue.

Usually. We can knit or dye to specification, which adds roughly two weeks to the sampling stage and typically raises the minimum for that style. Send a swatch or a specification and we will tell you what it costs before you commit.

Recycled polyester is available across most of our jersey range. It performs identically to virgin polyester and carries a small premium. Ask at the brief stage and we will quote both so you can see the difference.

Yes, and most brands do. Send your graded specification and we cut to it at no extra cost. If you do not have one, our standard blocks are published on the size guide and we grade from there.

Both, as separate patterns rather than scaled-down or resized adult blocks. A resized pattern gets the chest measurement right and the shoulder, rise and hip wrong, which is the most common fit complaint we hear about kit made elsewhere.

Measure the body, not a garment, and measure the largest point of the chest, the natural waist and the inside leg. Our size guide sets out each measurement with a diagram. Send the numbers and we will tell you which size each player takes.

Plus or minus one centimetre on primary measurements across a production run, which is standard for cut-and-sew apparel. Every piece is measured against the sealed sample during inspection.

Fifty per cent to start production and the balance against the shipping documents, by bank transfer. Established customers move to thirty days after the second order. We can work to a letter of credit for larger programmes.

US dollars by default. We can invoice in pounds or euros on request; the rate is fixed at the date of the proforma so the amount you approve is the amount you pay.

Yes, against the bulk order for the same style, in full. If you sample and decide not to proceed, the fee covers the work and you keep the sample.

If it does not match the approved sample, we remake it at our cost. That is what the sealed sample is for: it removes the argument about what was agreed, because both of us are measuring against the same physical garment.

Fifteen to twenty-five working days for bulk after sample approval, plus shipping. Tell us your deadline at the brief stage and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable before you commit, rather than agreeing and missing it.

By air for anything urgent, typically five to seven days to North America and Europe, or by sea for volume at twenty-five to thirty days. Both are tracked from our gate.

That depends on the incoterm. On DDP the price you approve includes duty and clearance and there is nothing further to pay. On FOB or ex-works you handle import and the duty is yours. We quote whichever you prefer.

Yes. Split shipments to several clubs or schools from one production run are common; each carton is labelled and tracked separately. There is a handling charge per additional destination.

A factory. Cutting, printing, stitching and packing all happen in the same building in Sialkot, which is why we can change a specification on Tuesday and cut it on Wednesday. You are welcome to visit, and we will send a video walkthrough if travelling is not practical.

That is most of what we do. Woven neck labels, printed care labels, hang tags, poly bags and branded boxes are all made to your artwork. Nothing leaves here carrying our name unless you want it to.

Social and quality audits are on file and certificates are sent across before a first order. Ask and we will send the current documents with their numbers and expiry dates rather than a logo on a web page.

One named person from the first enquiry through to shipping, not a shared inbox. They sit on the same floor as the production they are quoting you, which is why the answers are specific.
