Most factories that say they do private label mean they will put your label in a garment they already make. That is fine if their block happens to fit your brand. If it does not, you are building a range around somebody else's pattern.
We cut from your tech pack, or we build the tech pack with you. Pattern, fabric, trims, labelling and packaging are all yours, and nothing leaves here carrying our name.
From tech pack to delivered stock
Six stages. The fit sample is where a private label programme is won or lost, so that is where we spend the time.
Tech pack or reference
Send a tech pack if you have one. If you do not, send reference garments and we will build the tech pack with you: measurements, construction callouts, fabric, trims and labelling.

We recommend fabrics against your price point and your end use, quote per colourway, and tell you where a specification is costing you money without buying performance.
3-5 daysPattern and fit sample
We grade the pattern and cut a fit sample in the real fabric. You wear-test it, mark it up, and we adjust. This is where a private label programme is won or lost.
10-14 daysPre-production sample
Your labels, your packaging, your finish. Once you approve it, it is sealed and goes to the floor as the reference the whole run is measured against.
7-10 daysBulk production
Cut, sewn, decorated, finished and inspected in the same building. You get progress photographs from the floor rather than a status email.
20-30 daysPacking and dispatch
Polybagged, cartoned and labelled to your specification, including barcoded retail packing if you need it. Shipped DDP, FOB or ex-works.
5-7 days by airWhat we make for brands
Performance tops and tees, hoodies and crews, joggers and shorts, leggings and sports bras, base layers, outerwear and headwear. Knit and woven, cut and sew rather than decorated blanks.
Labelling and packaging
Woven neck labels, printed care and composition labels to your destination market's requirements, hang tags, polybags and cartons. Barcoded retail packing if you are shipping into a retailer or into a fulfilment centre.
Fabric development
We work from the stock library where it fits and knit or dye to specification where it does not. Recycled polyester is available across most of the range. See composition and weight for every stocked fabric.
Your intellectual property
We do not resell your designs, show them to other customers or put them in a catalogue. We will sign an NDA before you send a tech pack if you would prefer that in writing. Patterns developed for you stay yours.
Sizing
Send your graded specification and we cut to it at no extra cost. If you are building a size range from scratch we will grade one with you. Our standard blocks are published here.
