What this covers

This notice explains what Rivexo Athletics does with the information you give us through this website, and what we do not do with it. It covers this site only. If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, the same principles apply, but those services have their own privacy terms which we do not control.

We are a clothing manufacturer selling to businesses, clubs and schools. We do not sell to consumers through this site, we do not take payment through it, and we do not run advertising on it.

What the quote form collects

The quote form asks for your name and email address, which are required, and optionally your company or club, phone or WhatsApp number, delivery country, the quantity and deadline you have in mind, the decoration methods you are considering, anything else you want to tell us, and one artwork or tech pack file.

We ask for these because we cannot quote without them. A price depends on quantity, garment, fabric and decoration; a lead time depends on your deadline and your delivery country. Nothing on the form is collected for marketing purposes.

You do not have to use the form. Everything on it can be sent by email or WhatsApp instead, and you can leave out anything you would rather not share, though a quote without a quantity will be a guess.

What happens to it

When you submit the form, the contents are saved on this website and emailed to our sales inbox. Any file you attach is uploaded to this website's server, kept with the rest of your enquiry, and sent on as an email attachment.

We keep the saved copy because email is not reliable enough to be the only record of an enquiry. If a message fails to arrive we still have your request, and you do not have to send it twice. Only our own staff can see it.

Your details go into our own records so we can quote, produce and ship your order, and so we can find the file again when you reorder. Artwork is treated as yours: we do not use it on another customer's garment, we do not put it in our portfolio without asking you first, and we do not sell, rent or trade any of it.

We keep enquiry records and artwork for as long as we have a live commercial relationship with you, and for a period afterwards so that a reorder does not have to start from scratch. Tell us to delete them and we will.

Who else sees it

Our web host, which stores the site and anything uploaded to it. Our email provider, which carries the message. Our freight forwarder and the carrier, when an order ships, because a shipment cannot move without a consignee name and address. Our bank, for payment.

Beyond those, nobody. We do not share your details with other manufacturers, we do not pass them to agents, and we do not have advertising partners.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager and no social media pixel on any page.

WordPress, which this site runs on, sets a cookie only if you log in to the administration area. Visitors who are not logged in are not given one.

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google's servers and Google therefore sees your IP address as part of that request. That is the only third-party request any page makes.

What you can ask us to do

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw from further contact at any time and we will stop.

Depending on where you are, you may have specific statutory rights beyond these. Write to us and we will honour them.

Changes

If we change how we handle any of this, we will change this page, and the date below is when it last changed.
