Jersey fabrics, with composition and gsm
The fabrics we keep on the floor, with composition, weight and what each one is good at.
Weight in gsm is the number that matters most, and it is a trade-off rather than a quality score. A lighter fabric moves more air and is cooler to play in; a heavier one survives more abrasion and holds its shape longer. A 135gsm soccer jersey and a 320gsm rugby jersey are both correct for their sport and would both be wrong for the other.
Everything below is stocked, so it carries no minimum beyond our usual fifty pieces per style. Tell us the sport, the climate and how long the kit has to last, and we will recommend rather than let you guess.

Bird-eye mesh
Open knit that moves air. The standard for anything worn in heat.

Four-way stretch with recovery, so compression fit holds after washing.

Outside the list
We can knit or dye to specification, which adds roughly two weeks at the sampling stage and usually raises the minimum for that style. Send a swatch or a written specification and we will tell you what it costs before you commit to anything.
Recycled polyester is available across most of the jersey range. It performs identically to virgin polyester and carries a small premium, and we will quote both so you can see the difference rather than take our word for it.
Fabric and decoration go together
Not every method works on every fabric. Dye sublimation needs 80% polyester or more, so it will not work on our cotton-rich jersey. Screen print and DTF will. See how each decoration method pairs with each fabric.
