What these terms are, and what they are not
These are the terms for using this website. They are not the terms of a purchase. Nothing on this site is a contract, an offer capable of acceptance, or a binding price.
Anything you actually buy is governed by the quotation and the proforma invoice we send you, and by the shipping and payment terms set out separately. Where a quotation and this page disagree, the quotation wins.
Prices, specifications and lead times
The site carries no prices. Any figure quoted anywhere on it - a minimum order quantity, a lead time, a fabric weight, a capacity - is indicative, describes our normal practice, and is not a promise about your order.
Your order is governed by the written quotation for it. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are subject to fabric availability and to your artwork being workable as supplied.
Colours shown on a screen are not a colour match. Sublimated and printed colour is matched to a Pantone reference or an approved strike-off, never to a photograph on a web page.
Your artwork, and other people's
When you send us artwork, a logo, a crest, a name or a number, you are telling us you have the right to have it reproduced. That matters more in this trade than in most: league marks, club crests, school emblems, player names and sponsor logos usually belong to somebody, and often not to the person ordering the kit.
We will not knowingly reproduce a third party's trade mark without evidence that you are entitled to use it, and we may ask you for that evidence before we cut. If a claim is brought against us over artwork you supplied, we will look to you to cover it.
Your artwork stays yours. We use it to make your order and to remake it when you reorder, and for nothing else without asking you.
Our own content
The text, photographs, illustrations and layout of this site belong to Rivexo Athletics. You are welcome to read it, print it and share a link to it. You may not republish it as your own, and you may not present our factory photographs as a depiction of your own production.
The Rivexo name and mark are ours. Other companies' names and marks that appear anywhere on this site belong to those companies.
Accuracy and availability
We keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every figure on it is correct at the moment you read it, and we do not warrant that the site will be available without interruption.
Links to other sites are for convenience. We are not responsible for what is on them.
Liability
Our responsibility for an order is set out in the quotation and the terms accompanying it. Nothing in these website terms is intended to limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
The law governing these terms and the courts that hear any dispute about them are stated in our quotation and order documents.
