How your order gets checked
Inspection is not a single step at the end. Fabric is checked on arrival for shade, weight and any knitting faults, and rolls that fail are rejected before they reach the cutting table, because a fault found after cutting has already cost you the garment. Cut panels are counted against the marker so a short bundle is caught before it is sewn.
During sewing, a line inspector pulls pieces at intervals and checks them against the sealed sample: seam allowance, stitch density, label position, and on sublimated garments whether the print lines up across the side seam. Anything off goes back to the operator while the run is still on the machine.
Before packing, every garment is checked individually for measurements against the graded spec, loose threads, needle damage and correct size labelling, then a final audit samples the packed cartons to confirm the size breakdown matches your order sheet. Names and numbers are read back against your roster list, one garment at a time, because a misspelled name is the single most common reason a team order has to be remade.
You get photographs of the packed order before it ships. If something is wrong on our side we remake it at our cost and air-freight the replacement. Our shipping terms and payment stages are set out in full here.
Coming to see it
Buyers are welcome on the floor, and we will arrange it around your travel rather than a tour schedule. If you cannot travel, we will walk the floor on a video call at a time that works in your zone, or record one and send it, including whichever machines your order will actually run on. Arrange a visit or a walkthrough, or read how the factory started and who runs it.
