About our button-collar rugby jerseys
The button-collar jersey is the traditional rugby jersey: long sleeves, a collar closed by a buttoned placket, and hoops sewn across the body.
The collar is the part of this jersey that needs the most care, because a collar that can be grabbed is a collar that can be torn. Ours is backed with a reinforced facing, and the body is a 280 to 320 gsm tight weave that keeps its shape when it is pulled.

The hoops on this jersey are sewn panels rather than a print, so the traditional striped look holds up to a season of contact.

How are the backs numbered?
Starting players wear 1 to 15 and replacements carry 16 upward, which is what most unions ask for. Names and numbers are included; send your union's regulations for the height.
Is there a collarless version?
Yes. The crew-neck classic jersey (RG-003) has a tight crew neck and the same cut-and-sewn hoops.
